Which browsers does Textline support?
Textline supports all major browsers, iOS devices (iPhone/iPad), and Android devices as well.
Is there a mobile app for Textline?
Yes, Textline is a web app that works on both Mac and Windows Desktops, and also runs on iPhone as well as Android, Blackberry and many other mobile devices today.
How many customers are using Textline? It's a new product, right?

We started Textline in 2011 and we've been growing ever since. Now, thousands of messages are sent each month.

How often do you release updates?

Constantly. We release small tweaks and bug fixes almost daily.

Does Textline know what timezone I'm in?
Yep, once you set your time zone, Textline will show your dates and times accordingly. Keep in mind that timezone settings are per user.

Users

How do permissions work for different users?

As it works today in Textline, a user can only have one of two roles: "Manager" or "Basic User". A Manager can create, update or delete Users for an Account and can see stats, while a "Basic User" can only send and receive messages.

Accounts

What is the difference between an account and a user?

An account typically represents a business or a company. A User is a person with a username, an email address & password. Users belong to Accounts.

Each Account is separate from a billing perspective and each has it's own billing information.

What happens when I cancel an account?
Cancelling an account deletes your provisioned phone number and all associated data (all contacts and future messages). Your account will remain active and available for full access and usage through the end of your billing cycle at which time the account will be permanently deleted.

Can you send us an invoice so we can pay by check?
